Bola holds a BA (Hons) in English from Lagos State University. She has over 14 years of experience in marketing and business development. Her marketing skills are top notch and she has used these skills to develop many businesses.

Clara Mbachu is the Managing Partner at Luminex Legal Consult, overseeing service quality and client relations. With over 25 years of experience in litigation across State, Federal, and Appellate Courts, she handles disputes in Corporate, Commercial, Property, and Banking Law.
A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, Clara also serves on its training faculty and has authored key arbitration materials. She is the Vice Chairperson of FIDA Ikeja Branch, advocating for gender equality and women’s rights.
Clara has consulted for the IFC (World Bank) and GIZ (SEDIN) on business regulation and dispute resolution among MSMEs. She also serves as Company Secretary and sits as a Non-Executive Director on several boards.
Adewunmi Adisa

Adewunmi Adisa is a distinguished legal practitioner specializing in family, probate, and marital law. Holding a Master of Laws degree, he is also a certified notary public, chartered arbitrator, and skilled mediator. In addition to his legal expertise, he is an avid tennis player and enthusiast who previously served as Secretary of the Lagos Lawn Tennis Club.
Olaniyan Babatunde Lateef

Olaniyan Babatunde Lateef holds a Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. With extensive experience in auditing and accounting roles, he is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, focusing on resolving commercial disputes outside court proceedings.
